Our clients include Central Government and individual Fire and Rescue Service organisations across the United Kingdom. We have worked closely with the Home Office to design and support a fire incident data collection and analytics solution that has transformed incident management and risk analysis for the fire sector and beyond.

The first core foundation of modern digital services are ‘Data First’ API design that enables real-time exchange of fire and rescue data. Secondly, it is important to evolve the data collection solutions to enable ‘Mobile First’ capture in real-time at the scene. Thirdly, it is important to share information via ‘Cloud First’ foundation to transform engagement with the public, share intelligence to other parties and better plan and respond to future scenarios.
